What do these numbers stand for? 521/553 this means that 94.2% of our clients gave the most positive assessment for our work. This is an excellent result, BUT most of the attention was given to the 32 other cases.
The reasons were as follows:
- The order was delayed / I wanted it faster / Nova Poshta is too long.
- There were mistakes.
Well, we will continue to work until we reach 100 out of 100. This only motivates us to think about our mistakes and to do everything we can to minimize them.
