How we work
Several people work on each document. A translator translates, an editor proofreads, and a native speaker checks the text when needed. We lay it out like the original and certify it with the bureau stamp or at a notary.
Send us a photo of your passport and we will spell the names exactly as they appear in it. Tell us the country and the institution where you will submit the document, and we will advise how to prepare it.
A manager is responsible for every order: they quote the price and deadline, keep in touch with you and make sure the translation is ready on time. On messaging apps we reply every day from 9:00 to 21:00.

Our founder
The bureau was founded by Iryna Suslina, a linguist, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences and associate professor. Admiral is a family company.
Our team
We choose new people for the team carefully. Our translators graduated from Ukrainian and foreign universities, passed translation tests and completed an internship.
We jokingly call our managers positive extroverts: they are not afraid of difficult situations and are always ready to sort them out. Editors, project managers and technical specialists work alongside them.
