We had a sworn translation done. We really liked the service, the prices are reasonable and the manager is great: we had questions and she explained everything well. The originals were sent by Nova Poshta, everything fast and well done. Recommended!!!

Romanian is not a rare language for our agency, and we work with it often. Our translation agency in Vyzhnytsia takes orders at 18 Bukovynska Street, opposite the tax office and Oschadbank. Here you can order document translation from Ukrainian into Romanian or from Romanian into Ukrainian. We also prepare documents for Romania and obtain certificates from Ukrainian archives.
Altogether we work with more than 50 languages and have been translating since 2008. Most orders involve English, Polish and German, and besides Romanian, the frequent ones include Italian, Czech, Spanish and Turkish. You do not need to come to the Vyzhnytsia office: everything from the photo of the document to receiving the translation can be done from home.
We translate passports, birth and marriage certificates, diplomas with supplements, school certificates and statements from employers, banks and the tax office into Romanian. The institution you submit them to sets the list of documents and the translation requirements, so find these out in advance. Driving licences, tax ID numbers and other personal documents are translated too, as described on the Personal documents page.
If a Romanian authority asks for an apostille on a Ukrainian document, civil registry certificates, court decisions and notarial documents go to the Ministry of Justice for it. Diplomas and school certificates are handled by the Ministry of Education and Science, criminal record certificates by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Everything else goes to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We take care of the submission, so you do not have to travel anywhere.
Sometimes the documents you need are not about you but about a grandfather, grandmother or great-grandparent. We obtain archival birth certificates and copies of civil registry records from Ukrainian archives without a power of attorney. These records state nationality and religion. We put an apostille on them and translate them into Romanian.
Your manager will tell you what information about the ancestor is needed for the request. How these documents are used afterwards is decided by the institution you will submit them to, so it is best to know its requirements in advance. The Document Retrieval page lists the documents we can obtain without you having to travel.
A document issued in Romania is translated into Ukrainian for a Ukrainian institution. The institution often asks for a notarised translation, in which case a notary certifies the translator's signature. An apostille on a foreign document is not always required, since Ukraine has legal assistance treaties with some countries under which it is not needed. Your manager will tell you how this applies to your Romanian document once they see the photo.
Each text is translated by a translator and then checked by an editor against the original: dates, figures, names and stamps. When needed, we bring in a native Romanian speaker. The agency is certified to ISO 17100:2015 and ISO 9001:2015. Every translation from or into Romanian comes with a lifetime guarantee: we will always meet you halfway, whatever the situation.
Standard documents cost from UAH 250, and for Romanian your manager will quote the exact amount from the photo. For a rough estimate before you contact us, see the Pricing page. Translating a passport, certificate or diploma usually takes about 1 working day. Urgent orders, depending on the language and volume, are completed in anything from a few hours to 1–2 working days. If the document goes for an apostille, the deadline grows by the ministry's processing time. The Ministry of Education and Science offers a faster option for diplomas and school certificates.
The office in Vyzhnytsia is opposite the tax office and Oschadbank. The opening hours and directions are shown in the office card at the top of the page. If Kosiv is more convenient, there is an Admiral office there too, about 10 km from Vyzhnytsia. There are also offices in Verkhovyna, about 28 km away, as well as in Kolomyia and Chernivtsi.
You will need a photo taken in daylight without a flash, showing the whole page with its stamps and signatures. Stamps on the back should be in the frame too, and a document of several pages should be photographed page by page.
Send the photos wherever suits you best: Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp or email at info@admiral.com.ua. In the same message, say which country and which institution the translation is for. If we are translating into Romanian, add a photo of your international passport, and we will spell your first name and surname exactly as they appear there. Messages are answered daily from 9:00 to 21:00, and phone calls on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.
From the photo, your manager works out the price and deadline and quotes them before you pay. There are three ways to pay: by card from any bank via a link, through PayPal or by bank transfer. While the work is under way, your manager stays in touch, answers questions and lets you know when the translation is ready.
Finished translations are sent as files. The paper copy with stamps goes by Nova Poshta to wherever suits you, including abroad. The original is not always needed, and when it is required for certification, your manager will explain how to send it.
