You can change your cookie choice at any time.
We explain which cookies and browser storage the admiral.com.ua website uses, why they are needed and how to change your choice. For other data we receive, see the Privacy policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage) works in a similar way: the website writes a few lines there and reads them when you come back. This page covers both kinds of records.
Your choice
If you visit from Ukraine or another country outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, statistics and advertising work straight away. You can turn them off at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of every page.
If you visit from an EU country, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the website asks on your first visit whether you allow cookies for statistics and advertising. Until you answer, or if you refuse, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta cookies are not set.
You can change your choice at any time with the same button. If you turn off statistics or advertising, the website deletes the Google and Meta cookies already set. The website remembers your choice; in the EU, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it asks again after 12 months.
The website’s own records
The website sets them itself. They work without separate consent and are kept in your browser’s storage.
| Name | What it stores and why | How long |
|---|---|---|
adm_consent | Your cookie choice and its date: to follow your choice and not ask every time. | 12 months in the EU, the United Kingdom and Switzerland; elsewhere until you clear site data |
adm_vc | A random 6-character request code: to add the request number to your message. | until you clear site data |
adm_attr | First-visit parameters: the page where you started, the website you came from, advertising tags (utm) and ad click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid), language and time. To understand which page or ad brought the request. | until you clear site data |
adm_vs | A mark that the request code has already been recorded on our server: so that it is not sent again. | until you clear site data |
admiral_cost_calc_v2 | Your choices in the calculator on the Prices page: document, language, certification, quantity. So you do not have to enter them again. | until you clear site data |
The website may also record the request code and first-visit parameters on our server; details are in the Privacy policy.
Statistics
Google Analytics 4 counts visits: how many people come to the website, which pages they read and where they come from. We look at aggregate reports.
| Name | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics: distinguishes visitors. | up to 2 years |
_ga_YDF3B4G2DJ | Google Analytics: keeps the current session. | up to 2 years |
Advertising
Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) show us whether ads brought people to the website and whether they contacted us, and help show our ads to people who have already visited the website.
| Name | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
_gcl_au | Google Ads: links the visit to advertising. | 90 days |
_gcl_aw, _gcl_ls | Google Ads: the click identifier if you came from a Google ad (_gcl_ls is a record in browser storage). | 90 days |
_fbp | Meta: distinguishes visitors for advertising on Facebook and Instagram. | 90 days |
_fbc | Meta: the click identifier if you came from an ad on Facebook or Instagram. | 90 days |
Google may also use its own cookies on its domains, such as doubleclick.net, to show ads. How Google uses data from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Meta’s privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Google Tag Manager and consent mode
Google Tag Manager loads on every page: it runs the statistics and advertising tags. It does not set cookies itself. Which tags run depends on your choice (Google Consent Mode v2).
When statistics and advertising are off (in the EU, the United Kingdom and Switzerland also until you answer), Google tags do not set cookies but may send Google cookieless signals, for example that a page was opened. Google uses them to estimate overall statistics.
How to manage cookies
- The “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of any page: turn statistics and advertising on or off.
- Browser settings: you can delete site data or block cookies. The website will then forget your choice (in the EU, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it will ask again), and your request code will be new.
- Google: the browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) and ad settings (myadcenter.google.com).
