Many thanks for the fast, high-quality work! I ordered an apostille on a document, and they handled everything from start to finish, on time and without unnecessary red tape. The service is excellent, and the managers were always available and answered all my questions clearly and quickly. I recommend them to anyone who values their time!

We had a sworn translation done. We really liked the service, the prices are reasonable and the manager is great: we had questions and she explained everything well. The originals were sent by Nova Poshta, everything fast and well done. Recommended!!!

Before you apply to a university abroad, you will be asked to translate your diploma or school certificate. Sometimes an apostille or a sworn translation is needed as well. What exactly depends on the country and the institution. Our translation agency in Kamianka-Buzka takes care of all of this: we translate the documents and file them with the ministry ourselves.
We are at 1 Shevchenka Street, 3rd floor, opposite the city council. You can bring the documents in person, but photos are enough to get started.
We translate all the education documents a foreign university may ask for:
Each document is translated in full, including seals, stamps and notes on the back. Include the photo page of your international passport as well, and your first name and surname in the translation will match it. There is more about diplomas and school certificates on the education documents translation page.
A university in a Hague Convention country may ask for an apostille on your education document. For diplomas and school certificates it is issued by the Ministry of Education and Science (MES). You will not have to go to the MES yourself. When the application deadline is close, the MES also offers an expedited option. The Apostille page explains the procedure.
Countries outside the convention accept a document after consular legalisation: Ukrainian ministries certify it first, followed by that country's consulate. We go through this chain for you as well.
In France, Poland, Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and some other countries, a university may accept only a local sworn or accredited translator's work. For such cases we arrange a sworn translation. Each country has its own timeframe for it. Your manager will name it beforehand, so you can build it into your application plan.
Sometimes the agency stamp or a notarised translation, where a notary certifies the translator's signature, is enough for the university. The admissions office knows the exact requirements, so ask there first. If you get no answer, send your manager the country and the name of the university, and they will suggest the option that usually works.
Plan backwards from your application deadline and tell your manager that date at the start. A diploma translation normally needs around one working day. An urgent order is done in a few hours or in 1–2 working days; the language and the amount of text decide which. Certification at the ministry and sworn translation need extra time.
The price for a standard document starts from UAH 250. The cost of your whole set, certification included, is calculated from the photos and agreed before payment. For a rough figure, see the Pricing page.
Nostrification is needed when you studied abroad and your diploma or school certificate has to be recognised in Ukraine. This recognition goes through the MES.
We support you through nostrification. We advise you where to begin, translate the documents and file the set with the MES, helping with an apostille or legalisation if necessary. Expect the ministry's decision in 1–3 months, so it pays to start early.
The office card above shows the route and the opening hours. If a neighbouring town is more convenient, the office in Zhovkva is about 27 km from Kamianka-Buzka. Dubliany is about 28 km away and Radekhiv about 29 km.
You can still order a translation after you have left Kamianka-Buzka to study. We accept photos of documents via WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber, and by email at info@admiral.com.ua. Take the photos in daylight without a flash. Make sure the edges of the page, the stamps and the signatures are visible, and photograph the back too if it has stamps. We answer messages daily between 9:00 and 21:00, and calls on weekdays between 9:00 and 18:00.
Payment options: a link for a card from any bank, PayPal or a bank transfer. We send the translation file to your messenger or email, and the copy with stamps on paper can go by Nova Poshta both within Ukraine and abroad. If the original itself is required, the manager will tell you how to send it.
An editor proofreads every translation against the original: figures, dates, names, stamps and each grade in the supplement. If needed, a native speaker reads the text too. A manager looks after your order: they answer questions, keep track of the deadline and write to you as soon as everything is ready.
The agency has been translating since 2008 and now covers over 50 languages. The most frequent are English, Polish and German in both directions, followed by Italian, Czech, Spanish, Romanian and Turkish. Admiral holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015 certificates. There is also a lifetime guarantee: we will always meet you halfway, whatever the situation.
