Many thanks for the fast, high-quality work! I ordered an apostille on a document, and they handled everything from start to finish, on time and without unnecessary red tape. The service is excellent, and the managers were always available and answered all my questions clearly and quickly. I recommend them to anyone who values their time!

We had a sworn translation done. We really liked the service, the prices are reasonable and the manager is great: we had questions and she explained everything well. The originals were sent by Nova Poshta, everything fast and well done. Recommended!!!

The Admiral office in Khotyn: 58 Nezalezhnosti St. Landmark: opposite the court. Hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00. Come in with the original or do everything remotely. Other offices nearby: Kamianets-Podilskyi (about 20 km in a straight line), Kelmentsi (25 km) and Chernivtsi (45 km).
A legal document in translation has to match the original down to every date, sum and name. At Admiral's translation agency in Khotyn you can order translations of court decisions, powers of attorney, contracts and statements of claim, as well as notarisation and an apostille. The office is at 58 Nezalezhnosti Street, opposite the court, so you can drop in as soon as you have your decision.
Document translation runs in both directions: from Ukrainian for foreign institutions, and into Ukrainian for a court, a notary or another institution in Ukraine. The agency works with more than 50 languages and has been doing so since 2008. You can come in with the original or simply send a photo of the document.
We translate decisions on divorce, establishment of paternity, inheritance cases and other court rulings. An editor then checks the translation against the original: the case number, dates, the names of the parties and the stamps. When needed, a native speaker joins the work. If the decision mentions several people, send photos of their international passports so that the names in the translation match them.
For Hague Convention countries, a Ukrainian court decision receives an apostille from the Ministry of Justice. We take the document to the ministry ourselves, and you do not need to be there. Where a country is not party to the convention, consular legalisation is needed instead. Ukrainian ministries certify the document first, followed by the consulate of the country where it will be used. We arrange legalisation too. Both procedures add the ministries' and the consulate's processing time to the translation deadline. Details are on the Apostille page.
Perhaps the decision has been lost, or a court in another town issued it years ago. Copies of court decisions can be requested through us, as can duplicate civil registry certificates, including divorce certificates. Once we receive the documents, we have them apostilled if necessary and translate them into the language you need. The procedure is described on the Document Retrieval page.
These are translated in full, including the details, signatures, stamps and margin notes. In such texts the meaning depends on precise terminology, so an editor checks every translation. More on this area of our work is on the legal translation page.
Courts, consulates and government bodies, in Ukraine and elsewhere, often request a notarised translation. It bears the translator's signature, whose authenticity a notary confirms. Many other institutions are satisfied with the agency stamp.
Some countries, such as Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia or France, ask for a sworn translation or one by an accredited translator, and we arrange that as well. What a court or other institution will accept is decided there, so it is best to check the requirements in advance. For advice, your manager only needs to know the country and the purpose of submission.
Foreign court decisions, documents from foreign notaries and powers of attorney drawn up in other countries are translated into Ukrainian. For a Ukrainian institution, the translator's signature on such a translation is often certified by a notary.
Whether the foreign document itself needs an apostille depends on the country where it was issued. Documents from some countries do not need one, because Ukraine has legal assistance treaties with them. Your manager will tell you what applies to your document.
Prices start from UAH 250 for a standard document. A court decision or contract often runs to several pages. For such texts your manager works out the price from a photo and quotes it with the deadline before you pay. Accompanying certificates or a passport take about 1 working day. Urgent jobs are done in anything from a few hours up to 1–2 working days, depending on the language and the length. If you need the translation by a hearing or another date, tell us straight away.
While the work is under way, a manager stays in touch with you. They answer questions, track the deadline and write as soon as the translation is ready. Admiral holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015 certification, and legal texts go through the same checks as any other. The lifetime guarantee covers legal translations too: we will always meet you halfway, whatever the situation.
Send a photo or scan via Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp or to info@admiral.com.ua. Shoot in daylight without a flash, keeping the edges, stamps and signatures in the picture, and photograph every page of a multi-page decision. Messages are answered daily, 9:00–21:00, and calls Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
Card payment from any bank works via a link, and PayPal or a bank transfer are also possible. You will receive the finished translation as a file. Nova Poshta delivers the paper copy with stamps, including abroad. When the original is needed for certification, your manager will explain how to send or bring it.
You will find the Khotyn office's opening hours and a Google Maps directions button in its card on this page. Of Admiral's other offices, the closest to Khotyn are in Kamianets-Podilskyi (about 21 km) and Kelmentsi (about 26 km). There are also offices in Chernivtsi and Dunaivtsi.
It is at 58 Nezalezhnosti Street, opposite the court. The button in the office card at the top of the page opens directions in Google Maps.
The Ministry of Justice. We submit the document there ourselves, so you do not need to be present.
A copy of the decision can be requested through us and then translated into the language you need.
It depends on the institution where you are submitting it. Many accept the agency stamp, while courts, consulates and public authorities often ask for notarisation.
Send a photo of the document and your manager will quote the exact price and deadline before you pay. Standard documents are translated from UAH 250.
