Many thanks for the fast, high-quality work! I ordered an apostille on a document, and they handled everything from start to finish, on time and without unnecessary red tape. The service is excellent, and the managers were always available and answered all my questions clearly and quickly. I recommend them to anyone who values their time!

We had a sworn translation done. We really liked the service, the prices are reasonable and the manager is great: we had questions and she explained everything well. The originals were sent by Nova Poshta, everything fast and well done. Recommended!!!

The Admiral translation agency in Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi translates documents for people moving to Germany and documents that arrive from there. German is one of the languages we work with most often, together with English and Polish. We provide document translation into German for work, study or relocation, and from German into Ukrainian for institutions in Ukraine.
Our office in the town centre is not open every day, so ordering remotely is just as convenient. All it takes is a phone photo, an online payment and a Nova Poshta delivery.
For people going there to work, study or live, we translate birth and marriage certificates. We also translate diplomas with their supplements, school certificates, driving licences and employment certificates. Check the exact list for Germany with the institution that will receive the documents. You can read more about personal document translation and translation of diplomas and school certificates on separate pages.
In the German translation we spell names exactly as in your international passport, so please include a photo of the passport as well. That way your surname is the same in the translations of your diploma, certificates and driving licence. Stamps and notes on the back of a diploma or certificate are translated too, so photograph both sides. If an institution in Germany asks for a sworn translation, we can arrange one. Your manager will tell you the timeframe in advance, as it depends on the country.
Ukrainian documents for Germany usually need an apostille. Which ministry issues it depends on the type of document. The Ministry of Justice deals with civil registry certificates and extracts, court decisions and notarial documents. Diplomas and school certificates go to the Ministry of Education and Science. Criminal record certificates go to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and other documents to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We file the documents with the ministry ourselves, so you do not have to travel.
Ministry processing time is added to the translation deadline. Mention this certification at the start and tell us the date by which everything must be ready. If a diploma or school certificate is needed in Germany urgently, your manager will suggest the fast-track option at the Ministry of Education and Science. How long each ministry takes is described on the Apostille page.
It also works the other way round. A document may be issued in German but has to be submitted in Ukraine, for example to a court, a civil registry office or the tax office. We translate such a document into Ukrainian, and the institution often asks for a notarised translation. The translator puts their signature on the translation of the German document, and a notary confirms that signature is genuine.
Whether a document from Germany or another German-speaking country needs an apostille depends on which state issued it. Tell your manager where the document was issued and where it is going, and they will explain what your case requires.
Even when the office in Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi is closed, you can write to us on any day. The process takes four steps.
Messenger replies come daily between 9:00 and 21:00, and calls are taken on weekdays between 9:00 and 18:00. Should the notary or the ministry need the original, your manager will tell you how to get it to us.
You will find the office at 37 Shevchenka Street in the centre of Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi. It is next to the Aval bank, in the premises of the Oranta insurance company. You can come here with the originals of your certificates or diplomas and place an order. This page's office card lists the reception days and has a Directions button for Google Maps.
If a neighbouring town is more convenient, the nearest Admiral offices are in Zvenyhorodka, Shpola and Smila.
A standard document translated from German costs from UAH 250. The final sum depends on the length of the text and on the certification you need. Your manager works it out from the photo before you pay. The calculator on the Pricing page gives an approximate price for German and other languages.
Translating a certificate, passport or diploma into German usually takes about 1 working day. Depending on the volume, an urgent German translation takes anything from a few hours up to 1–2 working days.
German texts go to a translator first, and an editor then compares the result with the original, checking figures, dates, names and stamps. When the German has to sound natural to a reader in Germany, a native speaker joins in. Your manager handles all correspondence with you and answers questions about the documents. They watch the deadline and message you as soon as the translation is ready.
Admiral has been translating since 2008, now works with more than 50 languages and holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015 certificates. Translations from German, like those from other languages, come with a lifetime guarantee: we will always meet you halfway, whatever the situation.

Photograph your certificate, diploma or other document and send it through a messenger or by email to info@admiral.com.ua. You get the price and deadline before paying, and the translation comes back as a file and, if needed, on paper by Nova Poshta.
Yes, we file them with the relevant ministry ourselves, so you do not need to go there. The ministry's time is added to the translation deadline, so please mention it at the start.
A standard document from or into German costs from UAH 250. Your manager quotes the exact amount and deadline for your document from the photo, before you pay.
We translate it into Ukrainian, and Ukrainian institutions often require the translator's signature to be notarised. Whether it also needs an apostille depends on the country that issued it, and your manager will advise on your case.
