After this, our manager will contact you to agree on all the details, as well as the cost of the work. After confirming the order, the service can be paid for immediately on the website. Upon your request, the translation bureau will urgently complete the order. Upon completion, the manager will notify you of the translation's readiness, which will fully correspond to the original.

The completed work can be received:

• by email;
• by "Nova Poshta" at a branch;
• personally at our office.

Translation Bureau with Notarization

At the "Admiral" translation bureau, it is also possible to order document translation with a notary's certification. To do this, you need to provide a copy of the relevant document. After the translation is completed, it is transferred along with the copy (in some cases, with the original) to the notary for certification. In turn, the notary verifies the documents and affixes their seal and signature.

The translator must be present when the document is certified by the notary.

Confirmation of Translated Documents at the Bureau

Before translating documents, sometimes their authenticity and whether they can be valid on the territory of Ukraine need to be confirmed. In this case, we cooperate with organizations authorized for these actions. These methods include:

1. **Apostille** – this is a special stamp on official papers drawn up on the territory of Ukraine, used to confirm the validity of signatures, seals, or stamps on the territories of other countries. However, there are exceptions where an apostille is not affixed to documents. This applies to military IDs, passports, identity cards, permits for carrying weapons, employment records, and technical passports for vehicles. In Ukraine, three ministries can perform this function: the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Only countries that have signed the Hague Convention are eligible to receive the stamp.
2. **Legalization** – this is a method of confirming documents with all affixed signatures, stamps, and seals to acquire legal form in accordance with the legislation of a foreign country. For successful legalization of documents on the territory of Ukraine, you need to provide a notarial power of attorney for an employee of our translation bureau, as a representative of your interests, and the original or a notarized copy of the document. Then our representative contacts the relevant institutions to obtain legalization of your document. This type of verification is valid for countries that are not members of the Hague Convention.
3. **Nostrification** – this is a method of confirming educational documents received in another country for further professional activity on the territory of our country. In Ukraine, nostrification goes through several stages of preparation and expert examinations. After reviewing all the provided documents, the decision on nostrification is made by the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine. The request may be fully or partially approved; in some cases, rejection is possible.
